Due to the situation caused by covid-19, we are working to guarantee the well-being and peace of our guests.


Taking as a reference the guidelines and procedures outlined in the SND/399/2020 of May 9, 2020 of the Ministry of Health in collaboration with the ICTE (Institute of Spanish Tourism Quality) in the AR Hotels Group we have arranged everything to try to guarantee the security and health of our customers and employees.

An important part that we have considered is the training of our employees to ensure knowledge and implementation of all the processes and measures adopted.

From Hotel Saylu Granada we make you part of the preventive measures it takes for the safety of its customers. Considering that this new situation must keep us all alert to avoid risks or outbreaks of Covid-19.

General measures:

– We have disinfected all our facilities before opening.
– All our staff have been trained in order to guarantee your safety and that of themselves.
– A very demanding cleaning protocol has been established in public areas, rooms and especially in the toilets.
– A QR system has been implemented at reception to provide all the hotel information. Likewise, there is a monitor at the reception desk where you can be duly informed.
– Use of Elevator by family unit groups
– All our action protocols will be modified according to the indications of the health authorities.

Reception:

– We have two separate doors differentiating the entrance and exit of the hotel.
– We have a health station equipped with disinfectant gels and masks before arriving at reception.
– We ensure ventilation in the hall area by opening our upper domes and doors.
– We will make available all digitized documentation accessible by QR codes.

Bedrooms:

– Our staff have been diligently trained to ensure your safety.
– Disinfection with European products in all rooms
– There is an established protocol to avoid cross-contamination of dirty – clean with special attention to cleaning knobs, TV remotes, safes, hangers, etc.
– The amenities are reduced to gel and shampoo in addition to removing paper documentation and the elimination of all non-essential elements.

Restoration:

– We have a health station at the entrances to the restaurant and bars equipped with disinfectant gels.
– Limited capacity through shifts if necessary to guarantee the safety distance.
– Signaling for the service.
– Single-use placemats.
– Constant disinfection of tables and chairs.
– Personnel equipped with masks, gloves and specific training.
– Extension of the counter service in bars.
– Single dose of salt, oil and vinegar, etc.

Other services:

– Hydroalcoholic gel is made available at the entrance.
